About the role

The NYSC Internship at Choice Talents Ltd offers a full‑time, on‑site experience for serving NYSC corps members interested in research, teaching and training activities. The position is based in Lagos with occasional duties in Abuja, providing exposure to project support and stakeholder engagement within the education sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior staff in planning and delivering training sessions and workshops.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for research projects.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including venue setup and participant communication.
• Maintain documentation and update project files in accordance with organisational standards.
• Provide administrative support to the team, such as scheduling meetings and preparing presentation materials.

Required profile

• Currently serving as a corps member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
• HND or BSc degree in a related discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Lagos (and occasional travel to Abuja).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
