Nursery Teacher

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Teacher to join our early childhood team in Ibadan. The successful candidate will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for young learners, supporting their academic, social and emotional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons and activities.
• Nurture children’s academic, social, emotional, and creative development.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
• Monitor pupils’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate professionally with parents and school management.
• Encourage positive behaviour, teamwork and good learning habits.
• Participate in school activities and other assigned responsibilities.

Required profile

• Minimum NCE or equivalent qualification in Education/Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Previous experience teaching nursery or early‑years pupils (advantageous).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, caring, creative and child‑friendly personality.
• Ability to manage young learners effectively.
• Responsible, punctual and professional attitude.
• Resides in or around Soka, Ibadan, or can commute conveniently.
