Network Support Engineer

About the role

The Network Support Engineer will join NetAccess Systems Limited’s IT & Telecom team in Lagos, delivering day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of the company’s network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable connectivity across wired and wireless environments for both internal users and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, monitor and maintain routers, switches, firewalls and other network security devices.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless and fiber‑optic issues to minimise downtime.
• Deploy and support enterprise Wi‑Fi solutions, conduct RF site surveys and optimise wireless performance.
• Install, terminate, test and maintain fiber optic and UTP cabling systems.
• Monitor network performance, generate reports and create network diagrams.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in network expansion, upgrades and preventive maintenance activities.

Required profile

• BSc degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar network support role.
• Entry‑level qualification as defined by the employer.
