Naturopath Personnel

About the role

The Rightliving Health Foundation is seeking a qualified Naturopath to join its wellness team in Oshogbo. You will provide comprehensive, non‑invasive health consultations and develop personalized therapeutic plans that integrate nutrition, lifestyle coaching, and stress management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed wellness consultations, including health histories, lifestyle reviews, and dietary assessments.
• Design and implement individualized, non‑invasive therapeutic plans focused on clinical nutrition and holistic lifestyle therapies.
• Educate patients on preventive health practices, dietary improvements, and mind‑body connections.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
• Participate in community outreach, health seminars, and wellness workshops organized by the foundation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or professional diploma in Naturopathy, Natural Medicine, Alternative Medicine, or a related health science field.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice as a practising Naturopath, preferably in a foundation, wellness centre, or clinic.
• Registration or certification with the relevant traditional/complementary medicine board in Nigeria.
• Strong understanding of clinical nutrition, toxicology, and holistic lifestyle therapies.
• Excellent interpersonal, diagnostic, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality, ethical standards, and appropriate referral to conventional practitioners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to use basic digital tools for scheduling and documentation.
