About the role
Brickhall School is expanding its academic team and is seeking qualified educators for several positions, including Guidance & Counselling Officer, Primary Class Teacher, Early Years Teacher (EYFS), Fine & Applied Art Teacher, and Primary Assistant Class Teacher. All roles are full‑time and based on the school’s spacious campus in Marina, Nigeria.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess lessons in line with the British Curriculum.
- Prepare students for Cambridge IGCSE/Checkpoint examinations.
- Maintain and supervise science, home economics, and art laboratories.
- Provide guidance and counselling services to students as needed.
- Utilise audiovisual teaching aids and classroom technology to enhance learning.
Required profile
- B.Ed, B.Sc, B.A or equivalent degree; PGDE preferred.
- Minimum 2‑5 years of relevant teaching or counselling experience in a reputable school.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the British Curriculum is an advantage.
Required skills
- Use of audiovisual teaching aids.
- Laboratory equipment handling for science and home economics.
