About the role

Brit Properties Nigeria Limited is a trusted real-estate investment firm expanding its operations in Lagos and Oyo. We are hiring for five full-time positions – Unit Manager, Agency Manager, Inter-State Driver, Sales Executive and Graphic Designer – to support our growth and deliver affordable property solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Unit Manager: oversee daily office operations, coordinate sales activities and ensure client satisfaction.
• Agency Manager: develop agency partnerships, manage contracts and drive revenue targets.
• Inter-State Driver: transport staff and documents safely between locations, maintain vehicle logs.
• Sales Executive: generate leads, conduct property viewings and close sales in Oyo.
• Graphic Designer: create marketing materials, social-media graphics and brand assets.

Required profile

• Relevant secondary or tertiary education for the specific role.
• Proven experience in a similar position (minimum 1 year for most roles).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Valid driver’s licence for the driver position.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator for graphic design.
