Motion Designer

About the role

As a Motion Designer, you will craft high-quality animations, micro-interactions and motion graphics that bring Moniepoint’s digital experiences to life, improving usability and reinforcing brand identity across web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prototype motion interactions for web and mobile, creating seamless, engaging, and intuitive experiences.
• Collaborate with product designers, developers, illustrators and marketing teams to integrate motion across product features, onboarding flows and brand campaigns.
• Define and maintain motion principles and guidelines within the design system for consistency and scalability.
• Create high-fidelity animations using After Effects, Principle, Figma or Framer and ensure smooth handoff with engineers.

Required profile

• Strong experience in interactive motion work, micro-interactions and UI animations.
• Ability to work within a design system and contribute to scalable motion guidelines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
