Motion Designer

About the role

Moniepoint Group is looking for a Motion Designer to create high‑quality animations, micro‑interactions, and motion graphics that enhance digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will translate complex financial concepts into intuitive, engaging visuals that reinforce the brand and improve usability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prototype motion interactions for web and mobile, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with product designers, engineers, illustrators, and marketing teams to integrate motion into product features, onboarding flows, and brand campaigns.
• Define and maintain motion principles and guidelines within the design system for consistency and scalability.
• Create high‑fidelity animations using After Effects, Principle, Figma, or Framer and ensure polished execution.
• Partner with engineers for smooth handoff, technical feasibility, and optimal implementation.
• Iterate on animations based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance insights.
• Stay current with motion trends, interaction patterns, and fintech best practices to drive innovation.

Required profile

• Strong experience in interactive motion work, micro‑interactions, and UI animations.
• Ability to work within a design system and contribute to scalable motion guidelines.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools and methods to communicate motion intent effectively.
