Motion Designer

About the role

Moniepoint is looking for a Motion Designer to create high-quality animations, micro-interactions and motion graphics that bring its fintech products to life. You will work on web and mobile experiences, turning complex financial concepts into intuitive, engaging visual stories that reinforce the brand and improve usability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prototype motion interactions for web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with product designers, engineers, illustrators and marketing teams to integrate motion across features, onboarding flows and brand campaigns.
• Define and maintain motion principles and guidelines within the design system for consistency and scalability.
• Create high-fidelity animations using tools such as After Effects, Principle, Figma or Framer and prepare assets for implementation.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure technical feasibility, smooth handoff and optimal performance.
• Iterate on animations based on user feedback, usability testing and performance data.

Required profile

• Strong experience in interactive motion work, micro-interactions and UI animations.
• Ability to work within a design system and contribute scalable motion guidelines.
• Familiarity with accessibility considerations in motion design.
• Comfort collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
