Motion Designer – Fintech

About the role

As a Motion Designer at Moniepoint, you will create high‑quality animations, micro‑interactions, and motion graphics that bring digital financial experiences to life. Your work will enhance usability, reinforce brand identity, and make complex fintech concepts intuitive and engaging for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prototype motion interactions for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with product designers, engineers, illustrators, and marketers to integrate motion across features, onboarding flows, and brand campaigns.
• Define and maintain motion principles and guidelines within the design system.
• Create high‑fidelity animations using After Effects, Principle, Figma, or Framer.
• Iterate on animations based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance insights.

Required profile

• Strong experience in interactive motion work, micro‑interactions, and UI animations.
• Proficiency with motion design tools such as After Effects, Figma, Framer, Principle, Lottie, Rive, and CSS animations.
• Solid understanding of timing, easing, and physics to create smooth, natural interactions.
• Ability to work within a design system and contribute scalable motion guidelines.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
