Mixologist

About the role

We are looking for a creative Mixologist to join our bar team in Marina, Port Harcourt. You will be responsible for crafting both classic and signature cocktails that delight our guests and complement our food menu. The role requires a strong focus on quality, consistency, and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Design and create original cocktail recipes, including signature drinks.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Recommend drinks based on customers' tastes and food pairings.
• Maintain consistency in drink quality, presentation, and taste.
• Keep the bar area, tools, and equipment clean and well‑organized.
• Monitor and replenish bar inventory, including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and supplies.
• Order and receive bar stock when required.
• Check customers' identification and serve alcohol responsibly in line with laws and company policies.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience working as a Mixologist.
• Good knowledge of cocktails and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Residency within or close to Woji GRA.
• Availability to start immediately.
