Mixologist – Craft Cocktails & Beverages

About the role

We are looking for a talented Mixologist to join our bar team in Abuja, delivering high‑quality cocktails, mocktails and beverages to our guests. The role involves creating innovative drinks, maintaining bar standards and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Develop creative cocktail recipes based on customer preferences and current trends.
• Measure, mix, shake, stir and garnish beverages accurately and professionally.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion and presentation.
• Monitor inventory of beverages, garnishes, syrups, mixers and glassware, reporting low‑stock or expired items.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and preparation of ingredients while following food safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE/WAEC/NECO; certification in Mixology, Bartending or Hospitality is an advantage.
• Proven experience (up to 2 years) as a Mixologist, Bartender or similar hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and mixing techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
