Mid-Level Ruby on Rails Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a mid-level Ruby on Rails engineer to join Quidax’s RAMP team, building the on-ramp/off-ramp product that lets users move money in and out of crypto. The role is fully remote and focuses on core financial flows such as deposits, withdrawals, partner integrations and reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Get up to speed with the RAMP codebase and deliver your first bug fix within the first month.
• Own end-to-end features or transaction flows, delivering new functionality and improvements.
• Investigate and resolve reliability issues across deposits, withdrawals and partner callbacks.
• Increase test coverage, add logging, alerts and debugging hooks to improve observability.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge and mentor teammates.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of production-grade Ruby on Rails backend experience.
• Strong debugging skills, comfortable tracing complex transaction flows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and improve systems incrementally.
• Interest in fintech, payments or crypto is a plus.
