Medical Sales Representative (Ajah)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Medical Sales Representative to join our Sales & Business Development team in Ajah, Lagos. You will be responsible for promoting and selling a portfolio of medical equipment and healthcare solutions to hospitals, clinics, laboratories and other healthcare institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical equipment and healthcare solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional clients.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Negotiate and close sales while achieving assigned targets.
• Coordinate product deliveries and after‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare weekly reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Represent the company professionally and deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Nursing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in medical equipment, medical devices, pharmaceutical or healthcare sales (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
