About the role
The Media Production Associate supports the output of Nudge Innovation's productions by running both studio and on-location recording sessions. The role ensures that episodes run smoothly, bridging technical setup and final content delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Operate professional camera, lighting and audio equipment during production shoots.
- Coordinate logistics for guests and prepare studio environments and technical gear for filming.
- Handle the ingestion, secure backup and systematic organisation of all recorded footage.
- Support the editing process and check subtitles for Hausa-language episodes.
- Monitor equipment inventory levels and report technical malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
- Help keep to the weekly production schedule so content is delivered on time.
