Mechanical Engineering Technicians

About the role

We are looking for Mechanical Engineering Technicians to join our plant in the Agbara Industrial Area, supporting the efficient operation of agricultural processing equipment. The role involves hands‑on maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of mechanical systems to keep production running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain mechanical equipment, conveyors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and boilers.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on processing machinery.
• Diagnose faults, identify root causes, and execute timely repairs to minimise downtime.
• Support installation, testing, commissioning, and modification of equipment.
• Maintain accurate service logs, inspection reports, and spare‑parts records.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve plant reliability.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or processing environment.
• Willingness to work shifts.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between NGN 150,000 and NGN 250,000
