Material Preservation Coordinator – Lagos

About the role

The Material Preservation Coordinator will oversee the protection and management of materials used in Habrams Energy Services' oil & gas projects across the Gulf of Guinea. Based in Lagos, the role ensures that all equipment and supplies are stored, preserved, and tracked according to industry standards and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement material preservation procedures for project sites and warehouses.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate storage activities, and ensure proper documentation of preserved items.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to align preservation plans with project schedules.
• Conduct regular audits of stored materials to verify condition, compliance, and readiness for deployment.
• Generate reports on preservation status, inventory movements, and cost implications.

Required profile

• 3–10 years of relevant experience in inventory, logistics, or warehouse management.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SAP (MM module) preferred.
• Hands‑on exposure to inventory control and warehouse operations.
