Marketing Specialist – Remote (Lagos)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to join HrmOffice Limited remotely, supporting the growth of our mobile app in Lagos. You will work closely with product, sales and customer teams to drive user acquisition, retention and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to spot opportunities and threats.
• Gather and analyse customer insights to shape product and marketing strategies.
• Lead initiatives to increase user registration and active usage before and after launch.
• Represent the brand professionally across all marketing channels and events.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and generate qualified leads.
• Support onboarding and retention programmes for new users.

Required profile

• OND/HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant marketing experience (approximately 36 months).
• Mid‑level professional with a proven track record of driving growth.
