About the role

The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote CodePinnacle Innovation's software solutions. This full‑time, on‑site position involves developing strategies, collaborating with sales, and enhancing brand awareness across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for software products.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and monitor competitor activity.
• Create marketing materials, manage social media and digital channels, and track campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve customer engagement and support client communication.
• Assist in presentations, events, and sales enablement activities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proficiency in market research and analysis.
• Experience designing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work on‑site in Nigeria.
• Familiarity with software or technology products is an advantage.
