Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, parents, students and other stakeholders at the school. This position blends front‑desk reception duties with marketing support, ensuring a professional, courteous environment while promoting the institution’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first professional contact for all visitors and callers.
• Manage front‑desk and reception activities in an organised, courteous manner.
• Respond to enquiries and direct visitors or requests to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and support routine office tasks.
• Utilise Microsoft Office tools effectively for day‑to‑day administrative work.
• Protect confidential information and represent the school professionally in all interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of customer‑service or front‑desk experience.
• Professionalism, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to high standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a school environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a school setting.
• Positive, organised and student‑focused attitude.
