Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will support Scarlet Finance Limited in promoting its financial products and services across Port Harcourt and the wider Rivers State region. This entry‑level position focuses on creating and executing multi‑channel campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and implement promotional campaigns on social media, print, email and digital platforms.
• Conduct market research, monitor consumer behavior and evaluate campaign performance against KPIs.
• Create and distribute marketing materials such as blogs, brochures, newsletters and promotional assets.
• Ensure all communications adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.
• Represent the company at events, trade shows and webinars to enhance public presence.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers and media vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, sales or business development.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and operate independently.
