Marketing Manager – TVS Portfolio

About the role

The Marketing Manager will translate TVS portfolio objectives into effective local marketing, dealer support and customer demand across Nigeria. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role owns the local marketing plan and coordinates execution within approved budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly local marketing plans for two‑wheelers (commercial and personal) and three‑wheelers, aligning audience, proposition and channel needs.
• Coordinate with the TVS principal on national campaigns, adapt approved assets to local activities, and ensure brand consistency.
• Plan dealer activations, roadshows, test rides and local partnerships with clear briefs, budgets and timelines.
• Brief design and social media teams, secure approvals and maintain accurate product messaging across all touchpoints.
• Control portfolio expenditure, maintain forecasts and supplier documentation, and report campaign results with recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; professional qualification is a plus.
• 7–10 years of marketing experience with responsibility for campaigns, budgets and cross‑functional delivery.
• Proven success in automotive, mobility or dealer‑led distribution environments.
• Experience using campaign data and lead‑management information to improve performance.
