Marketing Manager – Lead Digital & Brand Strategy

Swift Consulting is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive comprehensive marketing strategies and elevate the brand within the banking and finance sector. You will lead digital initiatives, manage campaigns, and collaborate closely with sales and business development to fuel growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Lead digital marketing across social media, email, website and other platforms.
• Conduct market research to uncover customer needs, trends and growth opportunities.
• Design customer acquisition, engagement and retention programs.
• Maintain brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Plan and execute promotional events, partnerships and other marketing activities.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare KPI reports and optimise spend.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to generate leads.
• Oversee external vendors, agencies and influencers.
• Identify new marketing channels and growth opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of digital, social media, content marketing and brand management.
• Proven track record of successful campaign execution.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
• Leadership and team‑management capabilities.
