Marketing Manager

About the role

MCO Quick Ride Rentals is seeking a full‑time Marketing Manager to lead brand awareness, lead generation, and booking growth across both digital and offline channels. Based in Abuja, you will shape and execute integrated marketing strategies that support the company’s fast‑growing mobility services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand corporate and hospitality partnerships.
• Engage companies, hotels, travel agencies, and event organizers to promote ride and rental services.
• Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients, negotiate contracts, and close partnership deals.
• Coordinate digital and offline campaigns, track performance metrics, and produce regular reports.
• Create and oversee content for social media, email, website, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Conduct market research, analyze customer behavior and competitor activity, and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Manage the marketing budget and collaborate with operations, sales, and customer service teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within transportation, mobility, hospitality, or related service industries.
• Strong B2B marketing, sales, or partnership development background.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
