Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organisation's objectives. This role oversees all advertising, promotional activities and the expansion of the brand’s presence across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising and promotional teams and activities.
• Conduct market research to identify current and future product requirements.
• Analyse customer insights, market conditions and competitor data.
• Develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing products.
• Expand and maintain marketing channels, including social media platforms.
• Monitor the productivity and performance of marketing projects.
• Report on marketing activities, ROI and key performance metrics.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure activities stay within agreed limits.
• Develop pricing strategies and create marketing presentations.
• Liaise with media, advertising partners and collaborate with the sales function.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in developing and managing full‑cycle marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical, strategic and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to guide cross‑functional teams.
