Social Media Manager

About the role

Clox Digital Solutions Limited is seeking a full‑time remote Social Media Manager to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation across its social channels. You will work closely with internal teams to align social content with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content on multiple social media platforms.
• Develop, refine and execute social media strategies that support lead generation.
• Optimize profiles and posts for reach, engagement and conversions.
• Maintain content calendars that sync with marketing campaigns and business goals.
• Monitor analytics, track key performance metrics and produce regular reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams for campaign coordination, community management and timely audience interaction.

Required profile

• Strong background in Social Media Marketing, including campaign planning and platform management.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities for consistent, on‑brand messaging.
• Proven experience in content strategy and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, paid social advertising and lead generation tactics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
