Marketing Manager – Drive Brand Growth in Lagos

About the role

T.O.N Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that support business objectives. Based in Lagos, you will work closely with senior leadership to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth across target markets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Oversee the marketing team, managing campaigns, activations, and promotional activities.
• Identify market opportunities and create plans to increase penetration and revenue.
• Generate ideas for promotions, collaborations, partnerships, and weekly activations to boost traffic and engagement.
• Prepare marketing reports, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Maintain relationships with media, retail partners, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure brand consistency and digital innovation across all collateral.
• Plan and execute special projects, events, exhibitions, and brand experiences.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align initiatives with brand values.

Required profile

• HND or BSc degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of proven marketing experience.
• Professional certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proactive, passionate about disruption, and interested in fashion, art, and culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
