Marketing Intern – Real Estate (Hybrid)

About the role

Qarba Properties is looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support its sales and marketing activities in the real‑estate sector. This hybrid position requires you to work on‑site four days a week at the Awka office while also handling some remote tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in marketing and listing properties for rent or sale.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and agents.
• Showcase properties to potential buyers or renters and manage viewings.
• Verify property details and help negotiate agreements.
• Provide feedback to landlords and agents and support overall property management.
• Perform administrative tasks related to marketing and sales.

Required profile

• Knowledge of marketing, sales, and client relationship management.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid model.
• Interest in or willingness to learn about the Nigerian real‑estate market.
• Demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset.
