Marketing Executive – Remote (Nigeria)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to support two fast‑growing international businesses – UCM Global Talent and UCM Education. This remote position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who want hands‑on exposure to recruitment marketing and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Support candidate attraction activities and enhance LinkedIn recruiter visibility.
• Engage talent pools and manage database outreach via email.
• Create marketing content, branding initiatives, and track campaign performance.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants, HR, and leadership to align marketing with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong attitude, initiative and adaptability.
• Eagerness to learn and curiosity about how businesses grow.
• Clear communication skills and genuine interest in marketing.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently.

Required skills

• LinkedIn platform usage for recruitment marketing.
• Experience with CRM platforms for talent pool management.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and campaign tracking.
