Marketing Executive – Real Estate (Abuja)

About the role
We are looking for energetic Marketing Executives to support our real‑estate portfolio in Abuja. You will work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads, promote properties and help achieve monthly sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective property buyers through various channels.
- Create and execute digital and social‑media campaigns to showcase listings.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships, handling enquiries and negotiations.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop promotional materials.
- Track performance metrics and report on lead conversion rates.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in real‑estate marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
- Based in Abuja or willing to relocate to Abuja.
