Marketing & Customer Relations Officer – Ibadan

About the role

The Marketing & Customer Relations Officer will support the Ibadan branch of HiiT Plc in building strong customer relationships and driving marketing initiatives. The role reports directly to the Business Manager and requires a resident of Ibadan who is comfortable working on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day CRM activities and maintain accurate customer records.
• Collect, collate and analyse prospect and customer data to inform marketing decisions.
• Support the branch’s marketing and sales goals, including lead generation and conversion.
• Help sustain and improve the brand’s reputation in the local ICT education market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Social Sciences or a related field with at least a 2/2 result.
• Minimum of one year proven experience in marketing and customer relations within a corporate environment.
• Understanding of the Nigerian ICT education sector.
• Resident of Ibadan (preferably near Challenge Road axis) and open to recent NYSC or PPA candidates.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel (intermediate level).
• Strong ICT and social‑media savvy.
• Experience using CRM tools.
