Marketing and SEO Specialist

About the role

Phree Technologies is seeking a proactive Marketing and SEO Specialist to drive digital growth across its online channels. You will craft and execute strategies that boost brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation while maintaining a strong social media presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter) and other platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish content such as posts, blogs, newsletters, and website copy.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimization, and basic technical SEO improvements.
• Monitor search rankings, website performance, and campaign metrics using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce compelling digital assets.
• Perform competitor analysis and market research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Support paid campaigns, including social media promotions and Google Ads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO writing, content marketing or digital marketing.
• Portfolio demonstrating SEO‑focused content with measurable results.
• Relevant certifications in SEO, Content Marketing or Digital Marketing are a plus.
