Marketing and Communications Supervisor

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Supervisor will lead the development and execution of the brand’s global growth strategy, strengthening its position in the luxury fashion market. This senior role combines brand storytelling, media relations, and commercial partnership development to drive both local and international sales.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead customer acquisition, retention, and brand‑awareness initiatives across digital and offline channels.
• Manage all brand communications, public‑relations activities, and media relationships to secure editorial features and strategic coverage.
• Identify and pursue international growth opportunities, building relationships with luxury retailers, buyers, and distributors.
• Coordinate buyer presentations, line sheets, and commercial communications to increase wholesale revenue.
• Develop partnerships with stylists, editors, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance brand credibility.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in luxury marketing, communications, public relations, business development or partnerships.
• Proven track record in securing media coverage, partnerships and commercial opportunities for fashion or premium consumer brands.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and integrated campaigns.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 350,000 to NGN 450,000 per month.
