Managing Director

About the role

The Managing Director will define and execute Ntamiops Consulting Services' strategic direction, aligning with Board‑approved objectives and growth targets. This senior leader will provide overall leadership across operations, production, sales, finance and HR, driving performance and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the company’s strategic plan in line with Board goals.
• Lead all core functions including operations, supply chain, sales, finance and human resources.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance and P&L accountability.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing management team, set KPIs and ensure accountability.
• Represent the company to investors, regulators, partners and other key external stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and market expansions to boost revenue.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and robust risk management across all units.
• Report regularly to the Board on performance, risks and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification strongly preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in agribusiness, FMCG or related sectors.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and driving business growth at senior executive level.
• Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking and operational management capability.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• High integrity and sound judgment in decision‑making.
