Manager, Teaching & Learning

About the role

The Manager, Teaching & Learning will provide strategic academic leadership for the Center, ensuring that programmes align with institutional goals and quality standards. This role oversees curriculum delivery, faculty performance, and student success initiatives while supporting accreditation and quality assurance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead academic planning, develop strategic plans and oversee implementation of academic components of operational budgets.
• Develop, enforce and monitor academic policies, procedures and quality standards across all programmes.
• Support the Center Director on accreditation, certification and quality assurance for new and existing programmes.
• Oversee curriculum delivery, instructional quality, assessments and monitor student enrolment, retention, progression and graduation outcomes.
• Coordinate timetables, faculty assignments and resource allocation to ensure smooth programme delivery.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and performance management of academic staff and facilitate professional development opportunities.
• Manage academic scheduling, classroom utilisation, labs, digital learning platforms and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 48 months (4 years) of experience in academic or educational management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Experience supervising faculty, coordinating curricula and supporting student success initiatives.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between NGN 250,000 and NGN 400,000.
