Manager: Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Manager‑level Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the stability, reliability, performance and resilience of MIDAS core wallet services after go‑live. You will operate within the Infrastructure, Operations and Security function, providing hands‑on reliability engineering, production support and DevOps automation for our business‑critical fintech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the reliability of the digital wallet ecosystem, including monitoring, alerting and automated health checks.
• Provide production support, incident analysis, capacity planning and disaster‑recovery assistance.
• Design and develop SRE and DevOps tooling for capacity planning, resource utilisation, fault analysis and operational dashboards.
• Analyse availability data, incident trends and system bottlenecks to drive reliability improvement initiatives.
• Document best practices, create runbooks and knowledge artefacts to enhance supportability and operational readiness.

Required profile

• Manager‑level individual contributor with strong technical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Minimum 4‑year degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in site reliability engineering or similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure in a multinational fintech environment.
