About the role

The Food and Beverage Manager will support daily operations of the F&B department, ensuring smooth service delivery and excellent customer experiences. This role coordinates with kitchen, procurement, and operations teams to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the food and beverage department.
• Coordinate service activities to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Monitor service quality, presentation standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in planning menus, promotions, and special events.
• Supervise and coordinate service staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, ordering, and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain records of sales, inventory, expenses, and operational reports.
• Support cost‑control measures to reduce waste and improve profitability.
• Train and guide team members on service standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proven experience in food and beverage operations, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or catering.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate staff effectively.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
