About the role

The Manager, Financial Intermediation & Tax Management will lead the development and execution of financial intermediation strategies while overseeing tax planning, compliance, and reporting. This senior position partners with regulatory bodies, auditors, and internal teams to optimize financial performance and ensure adherence to tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial intermediation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting across the organization.
• Oversee financial transactions, including investments, funding, and risk management.
• Analyze financial data to identify improvement opportunities and drive performance.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and tax authorities on financial and tax matters.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on financial intermediation and tax management.
• Stay current with changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Leverage data analytics to support decision‑making, cost savings, and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key financial metrics and tax compliance.
• Collaborate with data analytics teams to design data‑driven solutions and present insights using visualization tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional certifications such as ICAN, ACCA, or CFA are a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial intermediation and tax management.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
