Manager – Account Sales (Group & Catering)

About the role

The Manager – Account Sales is responsible for proactively generating and managing group and catering opportunities for the property. The role focuses on up‑selling, achieving revenue targets, and delivering exceptional service throughout each customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, solicit, and manage group/catering business not handled by the Event Booking Center.
• Upsell each opportunity to maximize revenue and meet personal and team goals.
• Ensure timely turnover of business for proper service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, generate proposals, and handle customer correspondence.
• Support operational aspects of booked events, including coordination with Event Management.
• Deliver service excellence in line with brand standards to drive customer loyalty.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, guest services, front desk, or a related field.
• OR a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related discipline (no experience required).
