About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Male Chef to join our kitchen team in Mile 3, Port Harcourt. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality meals that meet company standards while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook local and continental dishes according to recipes and quality guidelines.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen area.
- Manage food stock, conduct inventory checks, and ensure proper storage.
- Coordinate timely meal preparation and presentation for daily service.
- Support overall smooth operation of the kitchen team.
Required profile
- Male candidates only, residing near Mile 3, Port Harcourt.
- At least 2 years of experience in cooking or kitchen operations.
- Good knowledge of local and continental cuisines.
- Honest, disciplined, able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
