Luxury Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Luxury Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional, high‑end shopping experience at our AuraUP store in Lagos. You will combine personalized styling expertise with strong social‑media management to strengthen our brand presence both in‑store and online.

Key responsibilities

• Provide world‑class luxury service to every customer, building lasting relationships and driving repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Process transactions accurately and support inventory management.
• Manage AuraUP’s Instagram and TikTok accounts: schedule and publish posts, monitor comments and direct messages, and ensure timely, professional responses.
• Maintain a consistent premium brand voice, track platform performance, and provide insights for growth.
• Support digital campaigns, product launches and other brand initiatives.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in luxury retail, customer service or a related field.
• Proven experience managing business social‑media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and special events.
