Luxury Client Advisor – High Net‑Worth Clients

About the role

We are looking for a polished Luxury Client Advisor to represent our prestigious international fashion brand in Lagos. The role focuses on delivering white‑glove, concierge‑level service to high‑net‑worth clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s standards of excellence and exclusivity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide white‑glove client service across boutique visits, private appointments, telephone, email and WhatsApp Business.
• Offer expert personalized styling consultations with in‑depth product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of client preferences, purchase history and key occasions.
• Manage the full client journey, including order processing, alterations, customizations, repairs and after‑sales service.
• Anticipate client needs, handle complaints gracefully and turn recoveries into loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Styling, Logistics, Tailoring, Global Client Services) to ensure flawless execution.
• Support planning and execution of exclusive client events, trunk shows and private viewings.
• Uphold boutique presentation standards, visual merchandising and brand housekeeping.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail, high‑end fashion, premium hospitality or private client services.
• Proven track record of delivering superior client experiences and building lasting relationships with discerning clientele.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Yoruba, French or other Nigerian languages is a strong advantage.
• Impeccable grooming, presence and professional demeanor aligned with luxury brand standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings for client appointments and events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using luxury POS platforms.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
