LPG Plant Account Officer

About the role
The LPG Plant Account Officer will manage the petty cash inflow and outflow for Rainoil’s stations and depots, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and the timely availability of funds for day‑to‑day operational expenses and emergencies.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate the availability of funds for daily petty‑cash expenses and emergencies.
- Maintain detailed records of cash requests, disbursements, and receipts.
- Reconcile petty‑cash books with actual cash on hand and expense reports.
- Process expense retirement ledgers and ensure proper accountability of cash advances.
- Prepare daily and weekly collection and payment summary reports for supervisory review.
- Handle bank collections, safe‑keeping of cash, and filing of all cash‑related documents.
- Respond to queries regarding approvals, payment limits, and retirement deadlines.
Required profile
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar cash‑handling or accounting role.
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or Economics.
