Logistics First Line Supervisor II – Rivers, Nigeria

About the role

Habrams Energy Services is seeking an experienced Logistics First Line Supervisor II to lead logistics operations for its oil and gas projects in Rivers, Nigeria. The role involves ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of transportation, lifting, and hoisting services while acting as the on‑site contract representative.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all logistics operations at DS1, DS2/CPF sites.
• Serve as the on‑site contract representative for vehicle lease, field logistics, and infrastructure O&M contracts.
• Conduct audits of contractor and in‑house logistics activities and ensure timely close‑out of findings.
• Provide transportation, lifting, and hoisting support to field operations.
• Maintain and update the sling register.
• Coordinate logistics activities to support safe and efficient field operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Previous experience in a logistics supervisory role within the oil and gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of logistics standards, specifications, codes, and safety requirements.
• Broad understanding of supply chain and logistics management.
• Experience in SSHE management, operations planning, maintenance management, and marine operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
