Logistics Coordinator – Full‑time

About the role

Oilserv Limited is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the safe and timely movement of materials, equipment and supplies for its onshore, offshore and subsea projects. The role supports both corporate and project teams, ensuring logistics operations align with cost‑effective and safety‑first principles.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of project and corporate materials, attending coordination meetings and closing logistics issues.
• Develop and implement logistics support strategies for projects and the base office.
• Provide logistics cost information to bidding teams and prepare monthly statutory fee reports.
• Report vehicle and equipment incidents within 24 hours and enforce journey, seat‑belt and night‑driving policies.
• Manage return, recertification or replacement of defective tools and equipment.
• Support regional teams in resolving logistics operational challenges and ensure compliance with AGO and PMS usage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Logistics, Transport or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in oil & gas.
• Strong communication skills across all organisational levels.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work and plan effectively.
