Logistics and Supply Chain Manager – Katsina

About the role

The Logistics and Supply Chain Manager will lead all logistics, procurement, and supply chain activities for ACF’s operations in Katsina, Nigeria. You will ensure that programme needs are met efficiently while maintaining compliance with ACF policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and plan logistics capacity, monitor performance, and support programme managers in identifying logistics needs.
• Manage procurement, transportation, warehousing, inventory, and fleet assets to ensure cost‑effective, timely delivery of goods and services.
• Oversee base operations, infrastructure, water, power, and facility maintenance to provide a safe working environment.
• Supervise ICT services, ensure reliable communication systems, and support the ICT Officer.
• Develop and implement security plans, assess logistics risks, and support partner logistics capacity building.
• Lead the logistics team, produce monthly reports, manage recruitment, training, and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of logistics and supply chain experience in humanitarian or development settings.
• Strong leadership, integrity, and ability to work under pressure in insecure environments.
• Fluent in English and Hausa.
