Loan Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Loan Officer to join our team in Lagos. In this role you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, educating them on our loan products, and ensuring smooth processing of applications while maintaining strict compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Educate prospects on loan products and tailor solutions to meet their financial needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop lead generation strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications.
• Maintain compliance with lending regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in lending, credit analysis, or financial services.
• Solid understanding of local lending regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong interpersonal and sales abilities.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

What we offer
