About the role
Afruniverse, Africa's leading creative marketplace, is looking for a LinkedIn Growth & Social Media Strategist to boost its visibility, attract top creatives, and strengthen employer awareness on LinkedIn.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy aligned with business goals.
- Design and run job‑posting campaigns to attract qualified creatives.
- Engage with audiences, grow the community, and foster interaction.
- Provide recommendations for profile and page optimization.
- Create a content calendar and deliver performance insights with improvement suggestions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in LinkedIn growth and social media strategy.
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and creative talent acquisition.
- Ability to produce actionable documentation and guide internal teams.
