About the role
We are seeking a Lecturer I in Nursing Science to join our academic team in Nigeria. The position involves delivering high‑quality education and contributing to the scholarly activities of the institution.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and tutorials in nursing science programmes.
- Conduct research and scholarly activities.
- Supervise laboratory sessions and practical components where applicable.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic committees.
Required profile
- Qualifications prescribed by the National Universities Commission (NUC) and relevant professional regulatory bodies for all programmes.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from a recognized institution – an added advantage for medicine and surgery programmes.
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications.
- Registration and licensing by the appropriate professional regulatory body applicable to the academic position.
- Evidence of teaching, research, or laboratory experience where applicable.
