Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lectures, practical workshops, and case‑study sessions aligned with modern business and economic environments.
• Develop course outlines, instructional materials, assignments, and comprehensive marking schemes.
• Mentor students on practical projects, internship preparation, and academic research.
• Participate in faculty meetings, accreditation processes, and other departmental duties.
• Integrate current tools, software, and real‑world trends such as accounting software, financial modeling, and market analysis tools into teaching modules.

Required profile

• Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of active teaching experience or relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into real‑world applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to simplify complex topics.
